Smoothies are an excellent way to include more fruits, veggies and nuts/seeds into your diet. And, super convenient when you’re heading out the door. The other great thing about smoothies is there really is no wrong flavor combination, it’s really whatever works best for you. However, we know it’s nice to have a place to start.
