1 cup low-sodium tomato soup and 1 small apple
1 whole wheat tortilla (6-inch)
¼ cup shredded 2% Cheddar cheese
1⁄3 cup chopped, cooked chicken
1 tablespoon diced onion, optional
¼ cup chunky salsa
Non-stick cooking spray
1. Top ½ of tortilla with cheese, chicken and onion. Fold the other half over filling. Press down with a spatula.
2. Heat skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Cook tortilla in pan approximately 2 minutes on each side or until lightly brown and cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa.
