Place mushroom caps, smooth side up, in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch salt and pepper. Pour over the mushrooms. Let stand at room temp for 15 minutes.
Place mushrooms on the grill. Grill for 5 – 8 minutes on each side or until tender. Brush with marinade frequently. Slice mushroom and place into wrap with lettuce and tomato.
