  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl combine broccoli, bell peppers, onion and garlic. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning; toss to coat.

  2. Spread vegetables on baking sheet. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Roast 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally or until broccoli is tender and begins to brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm.
