1. In a mini food processor or blender, add ginger, onion, and garlic and pulse until it forms a paste.

  2. Heat oil in pot. Sauté ginger mixture for 3 minutes. Add curry powder and garam masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Pour tomato sauce, chopped tomato, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Add chicken and potatoes. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked and internal temperature reads 165°F. Stir in cooked peas.
