  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 15.25 x 10.25 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with True Goodness™ by Meijer™ Organic Cooking Spray.

  2. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and pulse in the food processor in two batches until the size of rice.

  3. Place cauliflower in a large bowl and place in the microwave. Cook for 7 minutes or until the cauliflower just begins to soften. Cool slightly then squeeze with paper towel to remove some of the moisture.

  4. Add oregano, garlic powder, thyme, parmesan cheese, eggs and salt to cauliflower and mix well.

  5. Spread cauliflower mixture onto the baking sheet pressing firmly to create an even crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on the top and edges.

  6. Top crust with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, ham and fresh mushrooms; place back in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot.

  7. Cut into squares pan and remove with spatula.
