1. For each pint-sized Mason jar, layer with ½ cup oats, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup fruit, 1 tablespoon of nuts, seeds or nut butter, if desired. Add ½ cup milk.

  2. Cover tightly with a lid. Shake until thoroughly combined.

  3. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy it cold, straight from the fridge.
